During an M&A transaction and subsequent dispute over environmental remediation costs; Gradient helped the seller of 45 gas compressor stations in Texas and Oklahoma define environmental liabilities. The sites were impacted with PCBs; TPH; mercury and chromium. We evaluated the investigation and remediation reports; estimated defensible cleanup costs; and summarized the work in a memo to the General Counsel.
