RI/FS Cost Allocation Model
Gradient developed an allocation model for a 96-party; $17.5 million RI/FS being conducted in an eastern river basin. We based the allocation model on several technical factors: 1) party contributions of 10 different chemical classes in multiple media; 2) operations; ranging from chemical recycling companies to medical supply manufacturers; and 3) stream data and study locations.
