Data Usability of RCRA/TSCA Submittals
Gradient assessed the reliability and usability of US EPA testing results to evaluate possible RCRA and TSCA waste disposal violations at an operating manufacturing facility. Chemicals of concern included incidental PCBs; chlorinated dioxins and furans; and hexachlorobenzene. We testified to the representativeness of the sampling program; the adequacy of the quality control plan implemented by the EPA; and the integrity and interpretation of the reported results.
