Groundwater Remedy Optimization and Oversight
Gradient provided technical oversight and managed the operation of a hydraulic barrier system located at a former agricultural products facility in a foreign country. The hydraulic barrier; which was designed by Gradient using a numerical flow model; was intended to prevent off-site migration of impacted groundwater while an upgradient source area remediation system was constructed and implemented. Gradient analyzed all hydraulic and analytical data and worked with local contractors to ensure effective capture of impacted groundwater.
