Potential Health Hazards From Creosote-Treated Utility Poles

Gradient evaluated the potential health hazards to electrical workers and nearby residents from exposure to creosote in utility poles. We considered dermal and inhalation exposure to creosote on poles and in soil surrounding the poles. We also analyzed the consistency of epidemiological findings across worker studies; an integral step for understanding health risks. Gradient's findings were submitted to the state public service board as pre-filed testimo
