Superfund Site Cost Allocation

Gradient was the technical advisor to a neutral mediator in a cost allocation of a large marine inlet with about 40 historical and current sources of contamination. We critiqued several dozen expert environmental forensic reports representing the various source entities; and provided advice to the mediator along with recommended allocation formulae based on our review.
