Health Risks From a Lead Smelter
For a primary lead smelter in the Midwest; Gradient assessed lead risks for several scenarios. We examined exposure to lead ore concentrate spilled on haul roads; adolescent trespassers on a slag pile; and community risks to children and adults from exposure to residential soils.
